- The ATV bike ride isn’t recommended for guests with medical conditions such as high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.
- Please bring a change of clothes, a towel, and a water bottle, and wear sunscreen.
- These tickets can't be cancelled or rescheduled.

- Tip: Plan a road trip well in advance so that you can zoom off right from the moment you pick up the bike!
- The minimum driver age is 20 and the maximum age is 80. Drivers must have a full and valid driving license for at least 1 year which is also recognized and valid in Malaysia. Expired driving licenses are not accepted.
- You have to return the vehicle with the same fuel amount as it was supplied to you at the time of pick-up. In case of less fuel, missing fuel will be charged on your return. Unused fuel is not refundable. Fuel charges are payable at the rental desk unless otherwise stated. Fuel policies change from time to time, please confirm at the rental counter.
- 24 hours breakdown service and replacement of the vehicle are available depending on distance and time of the day.
- You can cancel these tickets up to 4 days before the experience begins and get a full refund.
